Welcome to Pulsar Mart. These Terms
and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pulsar Mart mobile
application and website ("Platform"). By accessing or using our
Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. General
Conditions
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By using our Platform, you accept
these Terms in full. We reserve the right to modify or update the Terms at any
time, and your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of any
changes.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to
use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age
and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. [However, minors (under
18) may still use e-commerce platforms with parental or guardian consent,
typically using accounts created in their name or under their supervision.]
1.3 Account Creation and Responsibility
To use certain features of Pulsar
Mart, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your
password, and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect
any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
2. Use of the
Platform
2.1 Permitted Use
You are granted a limited,
non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for
personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of the Platform,
including but not limited to scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering, is
prohibited.
2.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purposes.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.
- Post false or misleading information, including product reviews.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
3. Purchases and
Payments
3.1 Product Listings and Pricing
All products listed on the Platform
are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice. Pulsar Mart
reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at its discretion.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods,
including but not limited to credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on
delivery (COD). By making a purchase, you authorize Pulsar Mart to charge the
applicable amount to your selected payment method.
3.3 Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will
receive a confirmation via email or SMS or WhatsApp. This confirmation is only
an acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders at our discretion, including
those that contain incorrect pricing or product information.
3.4 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they
are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service. If an
order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the return process
outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery Areas
Currently, Pulsar Mart delivers to
specified pin codes within Cuttack City. We are working to expand our service
areas, and updates will be provided accordingly.
4.2 Delivery Timeframes
Normally deliveries are made between
10 AM and 8 PM. While we aim to deliver online
orders on the same day for purchases made before 2 PM, delivery times may vary
due to unforeseen circumstances such as order volume, weather conditions, or
natural calamities. Customers will be notified of any delays via email, SMS, or
WhatsApp. Orders placed after this time will likely to be delivered the
following day. Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather
conditions or natural calamities.
4.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be
displayed during the checkout process. For the initial months, shipping within
Cuttack City is free.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days
of the purchase or delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined in our
Return & Refund Policy. A valid reason must be provided for the return.
5.2 Refund Process
Refunds for eligible returns will be
processed through the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders,
refunds will be issued at the time of product collection. For online payments,
refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We may refund in the form of reward points.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks, logos, and
intellectual property available on the Platform, including but not limited to
text, graphics, images, software, and code, are the property of Pulsar Mart or
its licensors. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly
prohibited.
6.2 Limited License
Pulsar Mart grants you a limited,
revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the
Platform for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or
otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express written
consent.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy
Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of
Liability
Pulsar Mart is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our
Platform or the purchase of products. Our total liability, in any event, will
be limited to the amount paid for the product.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold
harmless Pulsar Mart, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims,
damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or
your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Pulsar Mart reserves the right to
terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform without prior
notice if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the
Platform or its users.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the
Platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
12. Product Images
The images provided are for
illustrative purposes only and may not always represent the exact appearance of
the actual product.
13. Special Note
If any one is not finding his favourite brand or products, then they
should call or whatsapp their requirements to 7205881942. We will try our best
to available it soon. Again we are trying to provide all types of convenience
to our customers. Like a senior citizen customer can place an order by calling
our mobile number 7205881942.
If any one is not feeling free to place the order through our website or
mobile app then they can whatsapp their grocery or shopping list to 7205881942.
Again if an order is not dispatched, then customer can modify the order like
add some new products or remove some existing products from the order. All
these facilities are not available with other national and local ecommerce brands.
Again, if a product is not currently available in our store, then we are
asking the customers for any alternative products instead cancelling the
products which others are doing.
