Return & Refund Policy
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date
of purchase or delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days. A valid
reason for the return is required, and the return policy may vary depending on
the specific product. Some items are returnable while others may not be, so
please carefully review the return policy provided for each product before
making a purchase. If you have any questions regarding returns, feel free to

When receiving a product, customers should inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. If the item is damaged, it must be reported to the delivery personnel immediately present on the spot. In such cases, the delivery personnel will collect the damaged product. For cash-on-delivery purchases, a refund will be processed on the spot. For online payments, refunds will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. The delivery personnel will raise a complaint on your behalf, or you may contact customer care to report the issue. We may refund in the form of reward points.
Please retain the original invoice, as many products
come with brand warranties that may require proof of purchase at service
centers.
